What we do

Classroom tools should help teachers lead the room, not add another system to manage. We bring groups, seating, timers, schedules, noise monitoring, and more into one flexible whiteboard. Teachers can build the exact classroom view they need and start in seconds.

What began as a simple group generator is now an all-in-one classroom workspace. Every tool is designed to be clear on a projector, quick to control, and easy to use without training.

Got questions? We have answers!

Can't find what you're looking for? We're here to help.

How do I create a seating chart?

Add your students, then build your room on the grid: paint student desks and drop a teacher's desk, whiteboard, and door to match your real classroom. Switch to seat students and everyone is placed automatically, or click a name then a desk to seat them yourself. Auto-arrange and reshuffle respect any seating rules you set, like "do not sit near" or "always sit near".

Can I set rules for student seating?

Yes. You can set "Do Not Seat Near" rules to keep certain students apart, and the system respects these constraints when shuffling or auto-arranging. This helps you manage classroom dynamics more effectively.

Can I print my seating chart?

Absolutely. Export your seating chart as a PDF or image with one click. It is useful for substitute teachers, parent-teacher conferences, or posting in your classroom.

How do I rearrange seats quickly?

To move a student, click their name in the unseated list, then click the desk where they should sit. Clicking a seated student sends them back to the list so you can reseat them. You can also use reshuffle to randomly rearrange everyone while keeping your layout intact.

Can I save multiple seating arrangements?

Yes. With a Pro subscription, you can save unlimited seating charts to the cloud. Create different arrangements for different activities, group work, or testing and access them from any device.

Is there a presentation mode for seating charts?

Yes. Display your seating chart in fullscreen presentation mode. It is perfect for showing students where to sit at the start of class or when you change the arrangement.

Is my student data secure?

Yes. Data security and privacy are priorities. All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols, stored securely in the cloud, and never shared with third parties.

Why should I upgrade to Pro?

The seating chart builder is free to use and saves on your current device. Pro lets you cloud-save unlimited seating arrangements and open the same class layouts on your school computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. It also includes live QR polling, priority support, and 30 monthly AI credits.
