What we do

Classroom tools should help teachers lead the room, not add another system to manage. We bring groups, seating, timers, schedules, noise monitoring, and more into one flexible whiteboard. Teachers can build the exact classroom view they need and start in seconds.

What began as a simple group generator is now an all-in-one classroom workspace. Every tool is designed to be clear on a projector, quick to control, and easy to use without training.

Pin reference images and visuals beside any classroom tool on your board.

Upload from your device

Paste any image link

Drop in a public image URL to pull in diagrams, maps, or reference photos without downloading first.

Search a free photo library

Browse and search thousands of free Unsplash photos right in the widget, with safe search always on and no attribution needed.

Add an animated GIF

Search GIPHY for celebration, applause, countdown, and brain break clips to bring energy to the board, with safe search always on.

Generate an image with AI

Describe what you need, like a labelled water cycle or a friendly robot mascot, and AI draws it onto the board. Pro feature that uses your monthly AI credits.

Style it to fit the board

Choose contain or cover fit, round the corners, show it on a white card or float it, add alt text, and snap the frame to the image with one tap.

As easy as 1, 2, pin!

Three quick steps to pin reference images beside your classroom tools.

Add the widget

Open the whiteboard and drop an image widget onto your board.

Pick your source

Upload a file, paste a link, search free photos or GIFs, or generate one with AI, then reuse recent picks anytime.

Position and style

Drag the image into place, resize it for the projector, and set the fit, corners, and border.

Got questions? We have answers!

Can't find what you're looking for? We're here to help.

How do I add an image?

Drop the image widget onto your board, then choose a source in settings. You can upload a file, paste a public image URL, search the free photo library, pick an animated GIF, or generate one with AI.

Where do the photos and GIFs come from?

Free photos come from Unsplash and GIFs from GIPHY, both searchable right in the widget with safe search always on and no attribution required.

Which image formats work in the widget?

Standard web formats, PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF, and WebP, all load without conversion. Most screenshots, scans, and exports drop in directly.

Can I generate an image with AI?

Yes. Open the AI tab in the image widget settings, type a short description, and AI draws it onto the board. It is a Pro feature that uses your monthly AI credits, so you will need to be signed in to a Pro account.

Can I add multiple images to one board?

Yes. Drop as many image widgets as you need, great for diagram comparisons, gallery walks, or side-by-side visual prompts.

Do I need an account?

No. Uploads, links, the photo library, and GIFs all work without an account. AI image generation is the one exception, it needs a signed-in Pro account.

Why should I upgrade to Pro?

Uploads, image links, free photo search, and GIFs are available without Pro. Upgrading adds AI image and background generation, cloud-hosted uploads, and synced whiteboards across devices. AI generations use the shared pool of 30 monthly credits and can be reused without spending another credit.
