What we do

Classroom tools should help teachers lead the room, not add another system to manage. We bring groups, seating, timers, schedules, noise monitoring, and more into one flexible whiteboard. Teachers can build the exact classroom view they need and start in seconds.

What began as a simple group generator is now an all-in-one classroom workspace. Every tool is designed to be clear on a projector, quick to control, and easy to use without training.

First-then board features for predictable transitions

Two clear panels, a task and a reward, with a Done button that swaps the focus from the work to the win.

Two-panel visual layout

Show the work on the left, the payoff on the right. Both stay readable across the room.

Built-in icon library

Twenty four classroom emojis grouped into lessons, transitions, and rewards so setup takes seconds.

Upload your own photo

Snap a real picture of the snack table, carpet, or game shelf so the visual matches your room.

AI illustration (Pro)

Type a short prompt like "kids lining up" and ChatGPT Images 2.0 draws a friendly illustration for either panel. One credit per generation, shared with every AI tool.

Tap Done to celebrate

Pressing Done dims the task and fires confetti on the reward, with an optional chime if sound is on.

Saves with the board

Tag each pair with a student name chip to keep a whiteboard of several first-then pairs sorted, then a recurring pairing like math then snack reloads the next day right where you left it.

As easy as 1, 2, done!

Three quick steps to a calm first-then visual support a student can read across the room.

Pick the task

Open the First panel, choose an icon or upload a photo, and type a short caption like math.

Pick the reward

Set the Then panel to the preferred activity, snack, or break the student is working for.

Tap Done together

When the student finishes, tap Done and watch the reward panel light up with confetti.

Got questions? We have answers!

Can't find what you're looking for? We're here to help.

Who is the first-then board for?

It is designed for SpEd, early childhood, and K-1 transitions where one student needs an extra-visible cue. The two-panel layout reduces a long verbal prompt to a single picture pair.

Can I have more than one on a board?

Yes. Drop in a separate first-then widget for every student who needs the support and tag each one with their name. They save together with the rest of the whiteboard.

Can I upload my own pictures?

Yes. A real photo of your own snack table, carpet area, or game shelf often reads better than a generic icon. Use the upload button on either panel.

Can I generate the visual with AI?

Yes. Each panel has an AI tab where you type a short prompt like "child sharpening a pencil" and ChatGPT Images 2.0 draws an illustration in seconds. Generation requires Pro and uses one credit from the shared monthly AI credit pool.

Does the Done state save?

Yes. The widget remembers when a panel is marked done so you can come back later. Use the reset button on the widget or in settings to start over for the next session.

Why only two steps?

The whole point is to keep the cognitive load tiny. Longer sequences belong in the classroom schedule widget, which handles a full day or week of blocks.

Why should I upgrade to Pro?

The First-Then board, built-in icons, photo uploads, and Done celebration are free. Pro lets you generate custom panel visuals with AI, using the shared pool of 30 monthly credits, and cloud-sync each student's completed board across your devices.
